Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We will require your bank account details to transfer the funds into your bank account via EFT, within 14 days after approval.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@craftemarket.com.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is delivered to Craft eMarket within the returns window provided and at the correct address. Please email support@craftemarket.com for the return shipping address.

We will not be able to accept the return of an item under our general returns policy in the following situations:

If we receive a returned item later than 14 days after delivery of purchase
if the item is not in mint condition and has clearly been tampered with
if it is a non-returnable item (e.g. sale items, perishables, customized, consumables)
please include your order or invoice number in the box of the return so that your refund can be processed
